Patented Hybrid Oleanders

The Shari D ™ - The Shari D Oleander has free blooming single flowers of soft buff yellow with tinges of pink. The eye is a rich yellow with bright red stripes. A dwarf, the Shari D eventually grows to the 6 foot range. The blossom clusters are extremely large and do, in fact, at a distance resemble Rhododendron blossoms. Growth is full and upright. Good for hedges, garden color and containers.

The Shari D blooms from April 1st through the first frost and year round with a mild winter. This is the heaviest bloomers of the Turner oleanders and blooms profusely, even in the shade.

The Shari D was hybridized by Ted L. Turner, Sr., and named after his daughter, Shari Delaine Parker.

Turner's Carnival ™ - is a Petite ever blooming salmon pink, single blossom oleander with burgundy margins leading to the edge of each curled petal. The eye is pinkish yellow with burgundy stripes. The Carnival can easily be kept to 3 or 4 feet but is such a prolific bloomer that many people can't bring themselves to shear it and let it grow to 5 or 6 feet.

This free bloomer will bloom year round if the winter is mild and lends itself to use as hedge rows. When the weather is overcast the vibrant color gets deeper, making the Carnival even more striking.
